#4 Shutdown modification

Heya,

Can i request a slight modification to the shutdown
command, it would be better if you could pass a
parameter to it, i.e shutdown 60minutes, or even to
have the ability to make the mud shut itself down
every 24/48 hours (for those of us with scripts that
auto restart the mud), This would be a blessing for
clearing out frag'd memory!

Oh, and the ability to attach global messages to the
shutdown.. (im thinking smaug here!)..

the time is lalalala
next shutdown is lalala

game time is lalalala

The sky turns black

You get the idea, to attach custom messages to the
shutdown routine, gives that more 'friendly' feeling!
