#3 translate hard-coded texts

- what about language support? it would be nice to
translate the mud to german or maybe spain....
a languagefile holding all hard-coded text is much
easier to translate then go through all *.cpp files
and translate everything there....
- what about a term commando to set the users
terminal? I didn't found a function like this...
