(this can be done by removeing the location flag on
the mob and adding a room option called load_mob or
something of the like.
*need to have the force command eather cross ports or
if nothing else work on the builder port
*need a command like snoop on the player port so if
need be the admin can watch what a players input is
for witnessing things and to help new players and the
like.
*last but not least a remote restart option like
shutdown only instead of just stopping the mud it will
restart it again when it is done
oh p.s.
*player history files to log warnings, transactions,
and general info.
