I would like to restrict access to areas for the builders,
like assigning a builder to one area without access to
the other areas. If that is already possible I did not find
it, a hint would be welcome :)
some form of flag list could be added that is the name of each
area if its set they are able to edit that area, if they create
an area they automaticaly should have it set. dosent seem
that hard, just some checks, a new flag object and some
controll functions
