#70 Tell command not work with mobiles.

To use "tell reply" (special ability of mobiles) i need to
use the command tell <mobilename> <message>. If
any of the Keywords are in the message the mobile will
activate a seted reply....
but when I use the command tell <mobilename>
<message> I recieve a message.

Noone with this name or somithing like that....
what can i do to make the "tell reply" works corectly??
