#7 Reload window message but no change.

I downloaded the AiLiveComplete and un zipped it, configured the java path variable but when I started the WinStartAiServer all I got was a message "
App Inventor has just been upgraded, you will need to press the reload button in your browser window". So I reloaded the window but with no results just the same message. Please let me know what to do.
