This is from the Debian BTS,
http://bugs.debian.org/247695

I have a centralized aide.conf file for all of my
systems. Of course, that aide.conf file does
reference directories that do not exist on every
system. aide --update throws warnings in this
case:

open_dir():No such file or directory: /lib/modules
There are rules referring to non-existent
directories!

(this happpens as soon as there is a rule
for /lib/modules/foo)

I'd like to be able to switch these messages off.
I know that I have rules that refer to non-existent
directories. No need to bloat the daily reports.

I believe this is now fixed in CVS.

Btw, the correct Debian BTS URL is http://bugs.debian.org/247685

This Tracker item was closed automatically by the system. It was
previously set to a Pending status, and the original submitter
did not respond within 14 days (the time period specified by
    the administrator of this Tracker).
