I found some of the aide documentation a bit confusing when starting up and so I've tried to correct it. Hopefully I've understood correctly.
Also I found a mistake in the manual which treats =/etc as a regular expression when, according to bug 1485800 it should be a literal match.
attempt to correct section about match algorithm.
Looking through the manual I realised that the line by line explanation of the different config parameters was missing. This second (independent) patch attempts to correct that. I also madee the capitalisation of AIDE consistent through the manual. Since this is my understanding, comments appreciated.
