hi... thanks for packaging an offline version of this handy tool... my internet is sometimes unstable and i feel some nervous with someone else holding my projects (google+mit)

i own a domain (netgamer.cl)... is there some way (easy or hard) to customize package name?.. something like "cl.netgamer.myapp" or "cl.netgamer.app.helloworld"? ..... some settings web page or config file somewhere?

    thanks

hi ramiro... thanks for reading our prayers :D and share this new updated version with us.... until not exactly the question i had about package names but it is certainly an advance and very useful

instead custom package name, this version gives 2 fixed choices at install time: to use "com.<apppath>" as package name or use "appinventor.ai_<apppath>" (wit appPath being "<youtemail>.<yourappname>")... for people that wants to use the "previous" or the "standard" scheme</yourappname></youtemail></apppath></apppath>

anyway, i made 2 installations with the 2 different configurations each.... and i tried to analyze the file differences to find where the heck is the package name configuration to edit and use any custom package name we want instead fixed ones .... but seems it is spreaded throught many (big) binary files :'(

for example as you seen in a previous comment, my top level domain is ".cl" not ".com" ... so i would like at least to customize that part, so in "email" i can put whatever string to give the desired effect

for example: base package name = "cl." + email = "netgamer.app" + appName = "happybirds" : fullAppName = "cl.netgamer.app.happybirds" .... (until i don't know if will be issues with an email address like "netgamer.app")

thanks again for your work, i am awaiting your comments (i still prefer to use this instead "mit" (google) version, for privacy and portability)

This option is in the "com." Version.

woah!! ... does that seems that i can edit packageName with "cl.netgamer.app" and that will override "com." and my happybirds app will become "cl.netgamer.app.happybirds"??

this is awesome!!.... but if you would told me i hardly would find it by myself... needs to documented somewhere

    thanks
