my files in ai2offline not save my advance and appear the message Server error: could not save one or more files. Please try again later. what is the solution for that please help

i am giving this solution. download all aia using export all projects. now delete all projects. close all windows of the ai2offline and restart the computer. next proof again opening ai2offline.
