AI2Offline 4.2 installation error and app stops suddenly when launched.

During installation this error happens: IPersistFile::Save failed code 0x80070005 Access denied. This is the same error I reported for 4.1.

But in this case launching the application this error happens and the application stops:

EAccessViolation... Check the configuration file. Application will now close.

This block not working not return any value.
