Hi,

Ive implemented an API for annotation graphs in Java which aims to aid in
plugging in standard mechanisms of querying for use with annotation bases.
Please do take a look at http://agschema.sourceforge.net if you find the  
time. Any comments or feedback would be much appreciated.
