[agtk-devel] compiling under Win32

I want to recompile aglib under Win2000. The reason is to have ag =
running
with Python2.2.

What is the best way to compile aglib?

I have tried with cygwin with precompiled xerces-c library, but the =
build
failed (because the xerces-c lib is a static library?).=20

Any help is appreciated.
