#1 Extend name lenght greater 7 chars

Name length is limited to 7 characters when entering in GUI and writing to the SIM card.

Please extend that if possible.

Reading longer entries (in my case up 17 characters) is working.

From reviewing the code it seems that changing the setting for m_editName in file PBDialog.cpp is sufficient.
