#1 Pakage problem

I have installe Prescriblle with the agenda suite pakage
manager but i'm not able to find the program on the
launc pad.
With terminal i saw the pakage and icon is correctly
installed on the directory i chose.
I try to execute from terminal by i get the
message "permission denied"
