Code Exists

I have put some code up in CVS. It isn't much yet (maybe 100 lines, if that), and I probably wouldn't bother to post it as news, except that the CVS web browser jobbie for source forge seems to be broken. Feel free to download what is there. It in a module called "bootstrap"
