#11 Translate the parameters (into english)

You translated the DIOs in the model examples,
but the URL parameters of actions are not translated into english.
For example:
At PersonalProcesses: Company research:
„Firma“ is translated to „Company“
but at „Find company“ the google-map-URL-parameter is $firma.
I would prospect a $company instead of $firma.
