[agilewiki-wiki] very small progress

I have installed netbeans 5.5 now and also painfully downloaded the subversion plugin. But I haven't had a chance to play with it yet.
   
  I'm pretty much ready to resume development now. Finally. Releases I think I can manage now, though I will likely want to break out the javadocs.
