[agilewiki-wiki] DescriptorUnits Drawers are shrinking

With the new code deployed on agilewiki.org, each user no longer needs so many DUs in their DescriptorUnits Drawer--only their own custom DUs. 
   
  The code, when it can't find a DU in the Cabinet's DU Drawer, looks in the Ark's DU Drawer.
   
  And with more than 150 cabinets at agilewiki.org, this should make a difference. Mind, new account creation is also faster.
