[agilewiki-wiki] inferencing revamped

Previously the output of the inference engine was just rows in the Deductions table. That has now changed. The subjects and objects of the infered relations are now linked to those rows. And the relations command uses this information to display all the relations, infered or otherwise, that the current rolon is participating in.
   
  This then lays the groundwork for enhancing name resolution so that you can use relation names in a wiki document to link to the object of the relation (the subject being the current rolon).
   
  I've also been thinking about using relations to build infosets. But that can wait, mm? Right now we don't have too many folk using infosets. :-)
