[agilewiki-wiki] the inference engine is working

The inference engine is incomplete. Hey, there's no new commands yet even. But I put together a simple test and it is working just great. (After a good number of bug fixes.)
   
  The next step is to move the combinatoric processing down into the special relations, where they can do some early pruning. Necessary with something like this.
   
  Meanwhile, the code has been checked in. Enjoy!
