[agilewiki-wiki] reorganized command groups

I spent much of today just reorganizing the command groups (blue column, left side). There is now a stronger corrispondence with the feature sets. It is also more rolonic.
   
  This has been checked in and deployed at agilewiki.org, but not yet released. Oh, and the documentation at agilewiki.org has also been updated.
   
  Perhaps it will prove to be somewhat helpful.
