[agilewiki-wiki] back, forward

I want to implement two commands, back and forward, which will be similar to the back and forward buttons on the swing client, except implemented in AwServer. The reason for this is that the client is unaware when something has been deleted and when attempting to go back to a deleted rolon, it gets into a strange state. Also, there is currently no equivalent in AwServlet and it is needed, as the back button on the browser does not work well with IFRAMEs, as well as there being a problem with using a form after the browser back button has been used.
   
  This last change then will be release 3.4.0.0. :-)
