[agilewiki-wiki] the rolonic view is no more

The rolonic view or uim is gone. The RolonicUIM class in AwServer is now abstract. The uimModel attribute has been stripped out.
   
  There may be a bit of dead code now in AwServlet and AwSwingClient, I can't say that I've caught it all. But hopefully this will help folk working on the GUI side, and perhaps users as well. :-)
