[agilewiki-wiki] dropping the rolonic view

Having both a wiki and rolonic view has become somewhat redundent, since the implementation of the view command. Nearly all the information is now accessible via the wiki view.
   
  As a first step in dropping the rolonic view, I've eliminated the check of the view by the setCEnt, setDEnt, setLEnt and setDU commands, and updated the documentation.
   
  Next I need to add the DU name to the wiki display (when the Descriptors feature is enabled) and then we can drop the support for multiple views and simplify the clients.
