[agilewiki-wiki] empty documents

One thing I really don't like is AW displaying empty documents. Often there are child topics, lsecs or something else worth displaying, but the default is this empty document.
   
  Fixed, checked in and deployed at agilewiki.org--I really disliked this. To be included in the next release.
