[AgileWiki] slow going

I've spent the whole day on the view command. Many things are now configurable, perhaps too many? Still I am not done. The display also breaks AwSwingClient--it's just too big.
   
  So there may be a release soon, but not today. And likely also not 3.3. I'm thinking I need to document the commands and clean up the gui a bit before we call it 3.3.
