[AgileWiki] took a big hammer to the code

It seems pretty heavy handed, but it should work. In ArkDb, the 
writeUnlock method now empties the pathname, names and topics caches. I 
don't anticipate too much loss in speed, and it will definately help 
ensure cache validity!

This paves the way then to use classifiers to extend the namespace 
without too much complication.
