[AgileWiki] Big change, new LSecRolon

I came close to breaking forward compatibility on this one, but 
LedgerSections are now LEntRolons, not NamedRolons. Just a bit of 
cleanup, but I changed the rolons.txt file so that old LSecs would have 
the proper class.

Should make the code a smaller bit more readable.
