[AgileWiki] Comments as issues

Comments now show as comments on the current day. Makes it easier to 
find all the comments.

Comments are also given two tags now at the time of creation:

CommentAuthor=username
CommentStatus=new

The first tag can make it easier to find all the comments created by a 
given user.
The second tag gives you a rude and crude issue management system.

Of course, these tags are pretty useless without a tag query...
