[AgileWiki] nested commands working

I'm happy to report the {text|`command} notation is working. But even 
more interesting is that it works with inclusions. So when nested 
content has an embeded command, it executes in the correct context and 
then restores the context when the default display executes.

So now you can have a document broken into pieces, each in its own LSec, 
and have comment commands embeded in each piece. Each LSec then has its 
own comments.

And this is the core of the project for Sun. :-)
