I've now updated startServer.bat to run AwServer in the AwServer 
directory--where the extension files are located. One nice thing is that 
this is also the place where NetBeans runs the server.

The README.txt file in the AwServer directory has been updated to 
address the new extension files. Likewise the documentation in the wiki 
has been reviewed and updated, including the addition of (very simple) 
file layouts for the three new types of files.

So I think we're in good shape for the next release, 3.1.1.0. But that 
will be in a day or three. I want to get a bit more done for this 
project at work first.
