[AgileWiki] towards a simplified install of an application into the application server

AwServer, at startup, now supports multiple *.commands, *.rolons and 
*.fields files, which should make application installation (as long as 
no custom GUI code is required) ever so much easier.

What's left is making hiLow and simpleAccounting separate projects... 
and updating all the documentation. :-(
