[AgileWiki] Tables are now redone

OK, now the tables are redone. The LSecs of a Table are its rows. And 
the old code is GONE!

Hmm. I have a worry--all that content on agilewiki.org. So I need to 
test with the log files I've downloaded. Lets see what happens.
