[AgileWiki] more documentation, alpha29-2

With the release of alpha29-2, the DeveloperGuide cabinet at 
agilewiki.org now includes links to Gordan's latest documentation on how 
to run AW using NetBeans. Note that this includes bringing up the 
servlet, so it might be of interest.
