[AgileWiki] New url for agile wiki

Alpha28 is released and can now be accessed at 
http://agilewiki.org/aw3/index.html

So its time to start using it and see what breaks. Already I've noticed 
a caching problem when editing tables. Oh well. I'm sure there will be 
other things.

(There's also a broken page at http://agilewiki.org/index.html --wierdness.)
