[AgileWiki] rebuild

I've now done some additional testing of rebuild (using destroy and 
citations) and I'm not seeing any problems at all.

Now the real testing begins. The rest of this week I'll be trying to use 
AgileWiki to self-host some documentation. Lets see what happens.
