[AgileWiki] list, Servlet

Looks like the java.net list is still pretty flaky. So I'm going with the sourceforge list.
   
  I started looking over the AwServlet code and I expect that it will not take long to get it up-to-speed on the wiki uim. Perhaps it will make the next release. :-)
