[AgileWiki] fixed broken code base

Well it looks like the java.net list server is still down. And I keep forgetting that the sourceforge list server ignores cc's. Oh well.
   
  I did some changes at the office and, not having a nice svn gui there, forgot to add some modules. Which prevented Sougata from testing yesterday. :-( 
   
  But it is fixed now. And there has been some good progress on simple ledger as well, though there is still some work remaining.
