[CompStrm Wiki] abort, JSec access control

Andy, its been a while. What's happening on your end? Sorry the code base
has been so unstable of late. But the best time for refactoring is early
in the project--before there's too much code.

I realized this morning that abort needs to invalidate the Ark-level
caches: pathname and topics. Done.

Last night I was thinking about JSec updates and realized that only
someone allowed to modify a role should be allowed to modify a JSec on the
role. So I need to copy down the restrict classifier when creating a JSec.

Feeling a little more rested this morning. Slept with the AC on all night.
