[CompStrm Wiki] Timestams done, rolons are next

I've finished and committed the change to Timestamps. It does clarify the
code, especially when using Timestamp.NOW rather than "" to indicate
present time.

Next I want to create a Rolon class which wraps a record id and a
reference to DArk. I can then move a lot of methods from Ark to Rolon. And
having Rolons as objects rather than just strings holding a record id
might help a lot, too.
