[CompStrm Wiki] some progress on docs

Well, I've completed a brief description of each of the utilities. This may be under AwiDocs/scripts, but I'm thinking of putting it in AwiDocs/RuntimeEnvironment/scripts--I'm expanding the scope!
   
  Nothing especially useful, I just want to cover file types and directories in the RuntimeEnvironment, as well as scripts. This could make it all a lot easier for someone new to get oriented. entended entirely as a suppliment to GettingStarted, of course.
