Version 0.9 is going to have EDF+ support. Rather going to implement it natively than use an external library: it just seems easier to clone some bits in my own EDF class.
Well, erm, I did it again.
I noticed, with a couple of previous releases, some non-Debian soul diligently downloading each tarball from France the next day after I released it here.
One feature in the latest 0.7.1 being popping up ChangeLog once on each upgrade, I half-seriously considered to write some greeting in French right next to it, specially for him or her.
Not to let so much new white space on revamped sf.net remain white, I'd like to thank you for using Aghermann, French or otherwise. And as I am sure every one of you has some one-off quirk in their sleep-experiment setup which I can only blindly guess at, please don't hesitate to make it known to me. I'd be more than happy to listen and acommodate.... read more
As of about now (version 0.5.0) aghermann is available in Debian sid, and I'm not going to build and post any more deb packages.
General purpose annotations (not those stored in EDF+ files, which are not yet supported).
edfhed: make it a simple terminal-only EDF header viewer.
edfhed-gtk: provide a .desktop entry; detect whether it is invoked from a terminal or via a menu, and act reasonably accordingly.
man: add simple man pages for all executables.
debian/control: change priority to Optional.
rescan_tree: grey out when any scoring facilities are open to prevent segfaults.... read more
Posted 0.2.90, modelrun facility now opening and functional except for the greyed out Run button; tune params manually, for the time being :}
With low- and high-pass filters and pattern search in, I'm almost done stuffing features to the Scoring facility. Still undecided if scoring assistant should follow, or should I proceed straight to model simulations and leave the assistant for later.
Note to random Windows users (there are some curious ones who downloaded .tar.bz2): you don't need Windows to run Aghermann, so please don't bother :}
Currently underway is converting all drawing to use cairo (will enable Save As SVG). Next up, import of edf sources via DnD.
Other planned features for 0.3:
The modelling part will go post 0.3.
A new version, 0.2, has been in the works for several months now. It's built on a fully rewritten core, now using fftw3 and omp for faster PSD analysis and gsl siman for modelling; GUI has been slimmed and improved in many respects. New features being developed are:
