#32 Aggie templates will break under unicode

the pixel template encodes output as 8859-1. This it
will break when encountering a feed with character > 256.

Utf-8 would be a wiser choice. For default template,
it would be wise to set it explitly to utf-8 as well --
the default might not be sensible.
