#30 Aggie email fails silently

Aggie email fails silently. I think I have configured
it correctly but who knows. With one SMTP server, aggie
seems to hang. Another, seems to run ok, but still no
email produced.

I suggested a "Test settings" mode on the email config
page, which sends an email saying "Aggie configured
correctly".
