#2 Allow new change with arbitrary change number

It would be very helpful if the "New Change" dialog offered a way to explicitly set an arbitrary change number. Something like the selection available in "New Branch" dialog would suffice.

At our site we often use change numbers to match locally assigned "Discrepancy Reports".
