Mike has made some updates after talking to the folks at OpenCARE. These changes were done to allow the program to be more useful in an international setting, and not just a 'US'-centric program.

I think Mike has done a marvelous job in internationalizing the database schema. I found a couple of glitches.
- In the 'Person' table, SSN is specific to the USA. If we use this field
to indentify a person, perhaps using a two-letter country code plus
passport ID in the SSN field should do the purpose. However, 9-letter
field is not long enough to hold this info.
- Phone table might not be able to accomodate chinese 13-digit format
(plus another two for country prefix).
