Maybe you've noticed the strange message in the help forum, I also wondered what the hell is this.
But the author of it gave me an explanation today:

He is responsible for the server project
and can add/assign tasks.
btw all of the members are allowed to add files
to the docs section.

We have 3 new developers working on the client

I've added 2 new mailing lists:
one for the server and one
for the client development issues
