I *think* it should be a matter of letting the view know how to find the
appropriate fonts, but it's been I while since I used any of those, so I
can't say for sure.

The AFP Renderer doesn't support embedded fonts, and I'm not certain that
MO:DCA allows this either. From the AFP Programmimg Guide:

"The print data streams can include text, images, graphics, and bar code
in MO:DCA format"

Perhaps it can be done, but I don't know enough to say for sure.

In general, people usually install the relevant fonts on the target
printer, or configure their view to find the fonts.
