[afp-renderer-users] Fully Resolved AFP

Hai,

We are trying to generate a fully resolved AFP.

As per the link,

We did add the TLE's to the stylesheet that we use.Now the question is
Where in the stylesheet this should be added.

We know 
Page gorup element is linked to Page sequence element.
Or can this be added anywhere.

WE did look thru a HEX editor to see the contents of generated AFP file
We don't see the Keys and its values.

Any help would be appreciated.
